Free features

The free features of WordLamp cost nothing, so no refund applies.

Paid plans (when available)

Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You may request a full refund within 30 days of any charge, including an unexpected renewal charge, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Request a refund through Paddle at paddle.net (use the link in your receipt email), or email us at [email protected] from the address used at purchase and we will pass it on.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

申请方式：通过 Paddle 在 paddle.net 申请（使用收据邮件中的链接），或用购买时的邮箱发邮件至 [email protected]，我们会转交处理。退款会原路退回，到账时间取决于你的银行或发卡机构。你可以随时取消订阅，取消后在已付费周期结束前仍可使用，之后不再扣款。本政策不限制你所在地法律赋予你的权利。
